Rick Schultze co-founded ARCO Design/Build in 1995 in Atlanta, Georgia. Since inception, Rick and ADB have been heavily focused on the light industrial market. Rick has over 35 years and over 200 million square feet of industrial warehouse/distribution experience. Rick is driven by his passion to serve clients, understand their business and solve their problems.
Mark Mummert

Co-Chairman Mark Mummert has over 30 years of industrial warehouse/distribution expertise. He has managed and overseen over 170 million square feet of construction nationwide. Mark formerly led the Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Houston, Indianapolis, Philadelphia and New York ARCO offices.

With a background that spans over 30 years of working with some of the nation’s most respected industrial corporations, Rob understands the competitive landscape of his clients’ businesses. Clients know that as the CEO of ARCO Design/Build, Rob’s most important role is ensuring the success of every stakeholder on the team as well as the success of the project.
Jake Stefan

Jake Stefan is President of ARCO DB Companies, Inc., the parent company for ARCO Design/Build, a national industrial construction company with eighteen divisional offices and twenty-six divisions. In this role, he manages operational areas including marketing, human resources, supplier diversity and sustainability. Jake’s technical expertise as a builder is coupled with a wealth of knowledge spanning a range of industries including cold-storage, food processing, manufacturing, life sciences, distribution centers and speculative development.
