Construction has completed on a new 70,000 SF build-to-suit cooler/freezer facility for Wornick Foods and Pinchal & Co. in Blue Ash, OH.
The project specifications are as follows:
- 26,000 SF of -10 degree freezer
- 15,000 SF of 35 degree cooler
- 27,000 SF of warehouse
- 2,000 SF of office area
- ThermoMass insulated tilt wall panels
- Seven (7) dock positions
- LED lighting
