Construction has begun on a new 100,000 SF warehouse facility for American Tire Distributors/Brookwood Capital in Medford, OR.
The project specifications are as follows:
- 3,500 SF of office space
- 16 dock doors (four include dock levelers)
- 28′ clear height for tire storage
- 6″ thick reinforced slab
- K-17 ESFR fire protection system with fire pump
