Construction has begun on a new 145,800 SF speculative warehouse for Pattillo in Oakwood, GA.
The project specifications are as follows:
- 13 acre site with adjacent building pad for future expansion
- 30′ clear height
- 16 dock doors
- Two (2) drive-in doors with ramp access
