- 16,310 SF of -20F quick freezer with 672 pallet positions
- 16,384 SF of -10F to -40F convertible freezer with 3,224 pallet positions
- 30,405 SF of 34F cold dock
- 3,329 SF engine room
- Max deck height 53′-11″
- Approximately 6,492,982 cubic feet of freezer space
- 18′-6″ tall high speed roll-up doors to access all freezer spaces
