Overview
ARCO completed a 145,000 SF printing and pharmaceutical packaging facility for Wheaton.
Located in Bethlehem, PA, the manufacturing facility includes a 26,000 SF clean room, a 26,000 SF printing area and a 34,000 SF Class A office space. A curved monumental staircase adds a unique design element to the entry foyer.
The project scope included a Class I DEA Vault, a pressure relief solvent storage unit and a mechanical system with compressed air, RO water and a vacuum with a vacuum trim system and baler.
