ARCO is excited to begin construction on Gateway 303, a new multi-building site for MDH Partners and CBRE! On October 7, 2021, our team broke ground on this 601,100 total SF speculative industrial project located in Goodyear, Arizona. The project will feature two buildings. Building A will be 362,270 square feet and feature 36’ clear height, 333 car parking spaces and 81 trailer parking spaces. Building B will total 238,854 square feet with 32’ clear height, 268 car parking spaces and 43 trailer parking spaces.
