ARCO Design/Build announced expansion of their national presence with the forthcoming opening of their Charlotte, NC office. The Charlotte based regional office will support industrial construction projects and clients based within North Carolina and South Carolina.
Named as one of the “Top 15 Design-Build Firms” in 2018 by the Engineering News-Record, ARCO Design/Build specializes in large format cold and dry storage, self-storage, distribution centers, speculative buildings and construction projects supporting clients with national presence. Previous clients of ARCO Design/Build include; TopGolf, Whole Foods, American Tire Distributors, Restaurant Depot, TD Self Storage and many more.
“Our expansion into the Charlotte region represents an important step in our continued growth and we are extremely proud of the talented team that will launch the new office,” said Mark Mummert, Chief Executive Officer of ARCO Design/Build.
The ARCO Design/Build Charlotte office is staffed by industry leading construction professionals with extensive design-build experience. Ryan Farmer will serve as the regional manager, Eric Thompson supports business development activities, Chris Nonneman, Elana Ji and Will Zerkus are dedicated project managers that will focus on the regional activities.

ARCO Design/Build’s Charlotte office is located in the Dilworth, South End area of Charlotte at 2137 South Blvd., and is scheduled for opening September 1, 2018.
