We celebrated the official groundbreaking of TAC-PAL Logistics Center! ARCO is proud to design and build this 702,000 SF speculative warehouse for Sansone Group. Local officials and developers joined us for the event, which then kicked off the start of construction.
This is a long-awaited development in Palmyra, New Jersey. The Borough of Palmyra and its partners have been jointly focused on the redevelopment of this site for nearly 20 years, when it was first declared a Brownfields Development Area by the NJDEP.
We are proud to be a part of such a significant development and look forward to a successful completion!
