We successfully delivered a 267,840 SF warehouse on schedule for McConnell Development in Elkton, MD. The building includes wall-to-wall racking and 36 dock doors. We customized several spaces for the tenant, such as an aerosols room, flammable liquids high hazard room and an office space.
