Construction has begun on a 150,000 SF pharmaceutical facility retrofit for HD Smith in Wood Dale, IL.
The project specifications are as follows:
- 150,000 SF conditioned warehouse
- 4,100 SF 0-8 degree cooler
- 3,600 SF DEA vault class II storage
- 4,000 SF DEA cage class III, IV, V storage
- 750kW generator
- Office tenant improvements
- Warehouse lighting and electrical upgrades
