The project specifications are as follows:

- 40’x52′ column spacing (60’x52′ dock bay)
- 11,209 SF office space
- 10 dock positions
- One (1) 12’x14′ drive-in door
- 180′ truck court: 69′ concrete apron/120′ heavy-duty asphalt
- Insulated pre case concrete construction
- ESFR sprinkler system
