Construction will soon begin on a new 124,800 SF build-to-suit distribution center for American Tire Distributors and Scannell in Beaumont, TX.
The project specifications are as follows:
- Approximately 4,000 SF of office
- 28′ clear height w/50’x50′ bays
- Single load building
- 20 dock positions
- Concrete tilt-up construction
- ESFR sprinkler system
- This is our 4th project with ATD
