The project specifications are as follows:

• Approximately 4,692,000 CF
• 102,000 SF of -10 degree storage area
• 24,000 SF of refrigerated cold dock
• 16 dock positions
• 15,700 pallet positions
• Exterior refrigerated trailer outlets
