On March 17, 2021, ARCO hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on a new warehouse for Exeter Property Group. Kidder Township and Carbon County officials also joined us for the celebration.
The Class A speculative facility will hold 921,328 square feet of industrial space. Plans include 187 dock doors, parking for over 300 trailers and 290 employee parking spaces. The ARCO team prepares to begin this large-scale project, which will take about 1 year to complete.
ARCO has extensive experience building for Exeter in the Pocono Mountains. We previously completed a 510,000 SF warehouse and 1,004,000 SF distribution center for Exeter in Blakeslee, PA. Our local expertise provides an advantage for our clients.
