ARCO is already onto the next project for repeat client Five Below! We officially broke ground in Indianapolis on a 1,026,000 SF build-to-suit distribution facility. The ceremony kicked off the start of construction and we feel thrilled to have support from local and state officials, including Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb!
