We officially opened a 704,700 SF warehouse built for Noble House Home Furnishings. Clients, partners, and the Edgewater Park Township joined us for a grand opening party while we cut the ribbon to the newly-constructed facility.

Afterward, we had a great time throwing axes in the Axe Out Entertainment mobile trailer. We were excited to see a few bullseyes thrown!

Developed for repeat client EQT Exeter, this large-scale warehouse has 174 loading docks, a 36′ clear height, and four drive-in doors. The development allows Noble House Home Furnishings to greatly expand its inventory and better serve its customers.

The warehouse facility was built to support solar panels on the roof, which will be added in another phase. See the rendering below as an illustration of the future plan.
