We recently completed construction on a 66,000 SF premier golf entertainment complex for TOPGOLF in (Midtown) Atlanta, GA.
The project specifications are as follows:
- 15,000 SF high-end bar and restaurant space
- 4,300 SF top level beer garden
- 14 total acres of development
- 102 hitting bays utilizing RFID technology for instantaneous ball location feedback
- 10 outfield targets constructed with heavy gauge corrugated metal with manhole access
- Automated ball distribution system to each hitting bay
- Data and electrical systems to support 250 TVs, 102 gaming consoles and 102 gas infrared heaters
- High-end finishes including wood and aluminum ceiling elements, custom fixtures, stacked stone and roof trellises
- Design/build project including civil, structural and MEP scopes
