The project specifications are as follows:
- Tilt-up concrete with insulated metal panel expansion wall
- 30′ clear height
- 16 dock doors
- Two (2) drive-in doors with ramp access
- 7″ 4,000 PSI fiber-reinforced floor slab
- 13 acre site with adjacent graded building pad for future expansion
- ESFR sprinkler system with 1,500 GPM electric fire pump
- Knockouts for 32 dock positions total and cross-dock capability
- 32 clerestory window
- Shell water and sanitary sewer piping for future connections
- T5 fluorescent high-bay warehouse light fixtures
