ARCO Design/Build is partnering with United Natural Foods Inc. (UNFI) on a two-building tenant improvement in Schnecksville, PA! The first building is an 812,125 SF dry storage facility pursuing LEED Gold Certification. Building 2 is a 514,765 SF cold storage facility with 51 dock positions.
ARCO has previously partnered with UNFI to construct several cold storage construction projects in the past, including UNFI’s 675,000 SF Food Distribution & Cold Storage Facility in York, PA.
UNFI distributes over 275,000 grocery and frozen food products across the United States from over 15,000 suppliers across the globe. The new tenant improvements will allow them to increase their dry and cold storage capacity significantly.
