ARCO provided design and construction services for a laser printer manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA.
This project was built-to-suit for multinational information technology company Hewlett-Packard (HP). A 94-acre development, the 817,000 SF facility consists of 250,000 square feet for incoming materials, 300,000 square feet of manufacturing and 250,000 square feet of finished goods inventory.
Up against an accelerated schedule, the ARCO team was able to successfully deliver this project within 7 months.
