Richmond, Virginia
Overview
ARCO constructed a 202,000 SF rotogravure printing facility for international packaging manufacturer Lawson Mardon.
Centrally located in Richmond, VA, this facility features a 36,000 SF Class A office space. The space was a fit out with 3 rotogravure press foundations with intricate embed details.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing facility, precautionary equipment was installed to prevent future disaster. This includes blast-proof storage rooms, ESFR and AFFF fire protection systems, anti-static personnel doors and underground storage tanks for flammable material removal and fire suppression. The facility has a powerful 5,000 AMP electrical service department and brings in 100,000 CFM of outside air supply.

“I originally started working with ARCO over 10 years ago, and more recently, I wanted to partner with them on my first big project with Metrix in Lawrenceville, NJ. The entire team from the local managers up to the top of the organization has been tremendously supportive throughout the predevelopment and development process.”

Just as important, we’ll work to find ways to save time and money. One thing that sets ARCO Design/Build from some of our competitors is that every move we make is made with your success in mind. Decisions and recommendations are made based on what’s right for you, not what’s most profitable for us.
