Overview
ARCO constructed Topgolf’s new entertainment complex in Mount Laurel, NJ.
This project spans a total 23.8 acres of development including a 65,000 SF structure with a high-end bar, restaurant space and outdoor beer garden. Upscale finishes include wood ceiling elements, custom fixtures and stacked stone. The design/build project included civil, structural and MEP scopes.
The golf entertainment venue features 102 hitting bays, each equipped with RFID technology for instantaneous ball location feedback. Toptracer technology is utilized to show the flight path of golf balls, as used by the PGA. Outfield targets were constructed with heavy gauge corrugated metal.
The Mount Laurel location is Topgolf’s second venue in New Jersey, with another complex in Edison, NJ that ARCO constructed in 2016.
