ARCO partnered with developer IDI to deliver over 2,000,000 square feet of customized space for kitchenware retailer Williams-Sonoma.
The project consisted of two phases: a new 750,000 SF build-to-suit facility and a 1,300,000 SF direct-tenant improvement on an existing facility.
The 750,000 SF facility was built with tilt-up construction and has a 10,000 SF office, ESFR spring core protection and 90 dock positions with levelers, seals and locks. The 1,300,000 SF tenant improvement includes a 10,000 SF office and 127 new dock positions.
