These three tenets of our service philosophy guide how and why our team gives back.
Associates
We make sure every associate has the agency they need to support the causes close to their hearts. We match 100% of donations made by our associates and provide one week of paid leave each year so they can volunteer their time and talents at the organizations they want to support.
Education
Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics are integral to the future of construction. That’s why we partner with existing programs that improve STEM education access for the future generation of engineers, surveyors, construction managers and more.
Community
By focusing on local charitable causes, we can make a noticeable impact on the places we live and work. Our initiatives change to meet the unique needs of the different communities in which ARCO divisions are found.
