Burris Logistics
Honor Foods

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Overview

Repeat client Burris Logistics hired ARCO to build their new 227,000 SF cold storage facility in Philadelphia, PA.

To better serve its nearly 800 customers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic states, the warehouse and office allow Burris Logistics and Honor Foods to broaden its product portfolio and significantly increase its revenue.

The 227,000 SF facility was constructed with structural steel/IMP construction and consists of a freezer, cooler storage, ambient storage, cold dock, MHE space and space for a future expansion. The 3-story office space is fully conditioned and was built with tilt-wall construction.

Main utility service upgrades include water, natural gas and electrical. ARCO also provided preconstruction services such as refrigeration, structural, architectural, fire protection, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.

Just as important, we’ll work to find ways to save time and money. One thing that sets ARCO Design/Build from some of our competitors is that every move we make is made with your success in mind. Decisions and recommendations are made based on what’s right for you, not what’s most profitable for us.
